All fixed price items are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items should be returned within 30 days of order or within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of shipment notification.
Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer unless the wrong item has been delivered or the item is defective.
Items must be securely packed (preferably in the original packing) and proof of posting obtained. In all cases, the buyer must contact the seller by email to obtain a returned item number at email@example.com before making any return.
