Just a quick update to say that the image galleries on the Weardale and Teesdale Way sections have now been restored.
The Weardale Way is one of County Durham’s two long-distance walking routes and takes in many of the major tourist attractions and centres in County Durham and Sunderland including the World Heritage Site of Durham Castle and Cathedral. The trail is a fantastic way to explore this historic county and the guide provides a wealth of information and photographs on the features encountered along it. Fully titled ‘The Weardale Way – A Guided Tour along the River Wear through County Durham and Sunderland’ by Joe Watson, it can be bought direct from this website for £10.49, saving £1.50 on the RRP of £11.99!
